All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My approach involves genuine caring and acceptance in a non-judgmental atmosphere, combined with evidence-based techniques. I select counseling methods tailored to each individual's unique needs, empowering them to make the changes necessary to live a life true to themselves and achieve positive growth. Life does not come with a map! As we work together, I see myself as a GPS system guiding you on your path to self-exploration. I may challenge your outlook, lead you into uncomfortable territory, and teach you new tools and coping strategies—but always at your pace and with respect for the fact that you are in the driver’s seat. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on this journey.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
