I am here to support you in accessing the life that you are wanting. I will meet you wherever you are in the process of navigating life and managing challenge. I invite a non-judging framework to our exploration of challenges, goals identification and solution finding. Therapy can support you in finding the change you are looking for and lasting change happens slow and gradually. Lets do that work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a relational approach to working with all of my clients, then build in the way of working that best supports your goals and communication style.
