Psychotherapist
CA
With almost ten years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, and families I approach therapy with a humanistic approach. When you feel something in your life needs to change; be it career, personal, physical, or spiritual I welcome you to share that journey with me. I will meet you where you are and guide you to a safe place, optimizing your potential. My integrative approach towards therapy treats the whole person utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic and Narrative therapy. You are unique and have challenges that require a personalized approach. Whether you are having relationship problems, trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, I can help you navigate the path to health and well-being. Ultimately, you will have a better understanding of yourself, have the tools to cope with the constant barrage of life’s complications, and feel an increase in self-compassion. All of this work is done in a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you bring your authentic self, and we build a strong foundation of trust and positive regard that can be utilized in your outside relationships. I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible.
