Do you feel like something is off or missing from your life? Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel stuck? Have you been feeling tired, frustrated, anxious, worried, and/or sad? If you are looking for a therapist you are most likely seeking change and relief. Life is short and you should enjoy it but stress can interfere with this, so let me help you.
I have 15 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings. I have 7 years of experience working for a local crisis team performing evaluations for safety and referral. I work for over 4 years as a contractor therapist for the US Military. I did all this while having a part time private practice that has now become my full time passion.
I specialize in working with military and have many years of experience working with veterans, military, and military families. I have a specialty of working with parents around parents stressors and support. I have over 7 years of experience working in and working with medical professionals around stress, trauma, and support.
I believe that YOU have all the answers inside you and I am here to help you find them. I am here to assist you in navigating and understanding your feelings and needs. Allow me to help you find coping skills that work for you. Most of all I am here to allow you to feel heard, seen, and supported.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
