UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Have you been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, afraid, anxious, or more down than usual? Have you been feeling lost and have a desire and need to remember who you are? Are you hungry for change but maybe also a little scared? I bet you wish you had the right tools to navigate through this difficult time and just need a little help to work through it. I believe it is important to acknowledge hard, difficult, and scary feelings and thoughts rather than ignore them, and my goal is to provide a safe space for you to do that. Together, we will process these emotions and decide how to move forward despite the challenges. Things can get better for you! I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Midwestern State University, which equips me to support you through this journey.
