Feeling overwhelmed trying to balance parenting, work, and your well-being? Do you need help with stress, losing weight, or restoring your sense of wellness? Are you in need of supervised or therapeutic visitation services to ensure safe, supportive family interactions? Are you a social work or mental health intern seeking a qualified clinical supervisor for licensure? You don’t have to face this alone—let’s work together toward healing, growth, and lasting change. As an experienced therapist, school social worker, visitation monitor, and advocate with over 20 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals, I’ve helped many families navigate tough times, strengthen bonds, and reclaim peace. My background includes working in schools, addiction and detox programs, family counseling, and community-based services, which allows me to offer compassionate, well-rounded care. I offer professional, structured visitation services with clear documentation and compassionate care. I also offer supervision and mentorship to help you grow your skills and reach your professional goals. I meet you where you are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with children and teens experiencing emotional, mental (such as ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, or Trauma), or behavioral challenges. I also support parents and adults seeking personal healing, improved well-being, and a healthier lifestyle. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, stress, parenting challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Clients working with me can expect compassion, patience, and a non-judgmental environment. I work collaboratively with each person or family to understand your unique concerns, goals, and strengths. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques such as Child-Centered Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the RUMERTIME® Process, Applied Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therpay (CBT), Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. I also incorporate mindfulness, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness coaching when appropriate. Together, we will create a clear, personalized treatment plan focused on realistic, meaningful goals. I believe in focusing on solutions, developing coping skills, and building emotional resilience. Sessions with me are practical, encouraging, and focused on creating lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for you or your child. In addition to therapy services, I also offer supervised and therapeutic visitation services for families requiring court-ordered or voluntary support during family visits. I provide a safe, structured, and professional setting to help parents and children maintain healthy connections while ensuring the well-being of the child. Whether you’re seeking therapy, parenting support, wellness coaching, or supervised visitation, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to help clients develop healthier patterns, build self-awareness and resilience, and foster deeper connections in their relationships. I’m passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental space where families feel heard, supported, thrive, and empowered as we work together toward their goals. Along with therapy, I offer supervised visitation and therapeutic visitation services for families in need of safe, structured, and supportive environments for parent-child visits. My role is to ensure the well-being of children during visits while helping families navigate sensitive situations with care and professionalism. I provide detailed documentation as needed and offer flexible scheduling options. If you are involved in a court-ordered or voluntary supervised/therapeutic visitation arrangement, I provide a respectful, child-focused approach that prioritizes safety, emotional comfort, and healthy family interaction. In addition to my clinical services, I also provide supervision for registered social work interns working toward licensure. With decades of experience across multiple settings—including schools, community agencies, and private practice—I offer mentorship that is practical, empowering, and rooted in real-world clinical practice. My supervision style is supportive, strengths-based, and focused on helping you grow as a competent and confident clinician. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or your child, need supervised visitation services, or are pursuing licensure as a clinical professional, I am here to help.
