Together we will also examine outside factors that may be impacting your well-being, like past/current relationships. attachment style, and cultural and occupational. My goal is to always help you identify the most effective strategies to better understand yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is place to feel heard and empowered. I will do my very best to promote an open, understanding, and empathetic environment where you can explore the depths of yourself, be challenged, and embark on the journey to healing.
