My name is Melissa Coffey and I have been providing therapy for the last 11 years. I offer in-person therapy sessions in Swansea, IL and telehealth therapy throughout Illinois. It has always been a passion of mine to help others reach their true potential. I have found that in order to get there, a deeper psychological approach is necessary. I would love to go on this journey with you and help you to find your freedom and happiness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When starting therapy, we will complete a full assessment to identify the areas to address. We will focus on the symptoms and the underlying causes to these symptoms. The goals are tailored to the specific you and we can modify these throughout treatment. We will utilize a treatment approach that works best for you.
