Since 2005, I have had the privilege of supporting adults who seek to better manage transitions, self-care, depression, anxiety, interpersonal patterns, life stressors, or alcohol/ substance use. I have been credentialed in Oregon as an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2012. In 2006, I graduated from Marylhurst University in Oregon with a masters degree in Art Therapy Counseling, a dual degree program. From 2008-2018, I was certified as a CADC (substance use counselor) in Oregon through MHACBO (credentialing board). From 2008 to 2014, I supervised and trained interns, counselors, and therapists in a co-occurring treatment setting. I welcome feedback so I can best meet your needs and comfort level. If one of us feels like this is not a good fit, I will offer services while assisting you in finding someone to better meet your needs. My services are only available via video-based telehealth for persons residing in Oregon who are physically present in Oregon during telehealth services.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
