My approach I use concepts of: Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, and Dialectical Behavioral at various sessions. These approaches give an engaged session towards your treatment goals and real-life applications. We can develop strategies tailored to your unique needs and strengths to help you achieve your goals. My focus Have you been struggling to enjoy activities you used to enjoy? Maybe having a hard time with a major life adjustment, or have been working through a loss that has greatly impacted them. I work with young adults and up as they address their mental health needs. Together, we will address your needs, develop a treatment plan, and work to improve your overall well-being. I have experience working with people of color, women, lgbtqia+ plus community. My communication style I utilize motivational interviewing concepts when communicating. You are welcome to address any questions or concerns you have during the session, as this is your time for yourself. I practice empathic listening and may ask questions to make sure your needs and concerns have been heard and addressed.
