Psychotherapist
719 Sawdust Rd Ste 209, Montgomery, TX
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who understands that sometimes life is just… a lot. You may be grieving, overthinking everything, dealing with trauma, struggling in your relationships, or simply realizing that being “the strong one” is exhausting. You don’t have to have the perfect words or even fully understand what’s wrong before starting therapy. We can figure that part out together. I have years of experience helping adults work through grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood changes, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I use different therapy approaches based on what you need because I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. In sessions, I’m not going to just stare at you, nod my head, and hit you with a “So, how does that make you feel?” every five minutes. We’re going to talk. I’ll ask the questions you may have been avoiding, help you connect the dots, teach you what may be happening emotionally, and gently call you out when needed. Don’t worry, I’m nice about it… most of the time. I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy helping people understand themselves. So many of us spend years surviving, people-pleasing, taking care of everyone else, or pretending we’re okay because life doesn’t exactly pause when we’re struggling. I want therapy to be a space where you can finally put some of that down. Outside of being a therapist, I’m a real person who enjoys laughing, being creative, and finding humor wherever I can. I believe therapy can be serious without feeling cold or uncomfortable. You can laugh, cry, be frustrated, say “I don’t know,” or admit you’re tired of talking about it. We’ll start exactly where you are and work toward making life feel a little more manageable.
