Do you neglect yourself to support those you love? Are you conflicted about your relationship? Do you need a place for your child to express themselves freely and grow? I have almost 2 decades of experience helping adults with the realities of life, young adults adjusting to ever changing life demands, teens dealing with school, family, and friends, and children learning emotional expression and regulation.

What should a new client know about working with you?

By focusing on the vibe and needs of those in the therapy space with me, my approach is individualized to the present moment, the overall goals, and the willingness and ability of the person. My priority is creating a safe, warm, and humorous relationship that enables others to grow and heal.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that an understanding of our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, money, time, food, the planet, culture, religion/spirituality, and others is important to enhancing our wellbeing. I integrate sensitivity to support the uniqueness of each person with therapeutic approaches that are enlightening, motivating, challenging, and healing.
