Psychotherapist

Whatever season brought you here — a new baby, an old wound, or a life that quietly stopped feeling like yours — you don’t have to sort it out by yourself. Perinatal and relationship struggles; as well as generational patterns aren't signs that you’re failing. They’re exactly the kind of thing I’m trained and personally moved to help you work through. When you’re ready, I would be glad to walk alongside you. My experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and career concerns has taught me that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I take a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive approach, tailoring treatment to each person's unique experiences, values, and goals. Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from ourselves. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, career stress, or a major life transition. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
