I meet you where you are to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what is causing you difficulty. We will work together to identify your unique needs and collaborate to determine individualized goals to meet those needs. I employ techniques from various treatment modalities so that we can find the strategies to move you forward in your goals and your life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to care.
