From an early age, I have been deeply interested in understanding human emotions, behaviors, and the resilience of the human mind. This curiosity led me to pursue a career in mental health therapy, earning my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. Over the past 22 years, I have gained experience working with individuals struggling with mental health concerns. This experience reinforced my passion for creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. I believe in a person-centered approach, tailoring my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. My training and experience have equipped me with effective strategies to help clients develop coping mechanisms and improve their quality of life. I recognize the importance of strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome their struggles, embrace their strengths, and lead fulfilling lives. I strive to continue contributing my skills, compassion, and dedication to a role that allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
