So many of us wrestle with mental/emotional obstacles everyday; resulting in distress and discomfort! I am an LCSW and received my MSW from Fordham University. I truly believe that everyone has the power and ability to overcome life's struggles. Whether it be anxiety; depression; ADHD; OCD; issues with communication; relationship conflict etc. I love helping them find their power to make positive changes! I also come from a trauma-focused perspective and recognize that previous trauma can interfere with anyone's ability to recognize that they have the power to make the changes they desire!
