What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is direct, collaborative, compassionate, liberation-focused, and supported by research. I prefer evidence-based practice and empirically supported treatments. My clinical work primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, values-based, and mindfulness-based approaches. I strive to incorporate values of advocacy, authenticity, balance, empowerment, inclusion, liberation, practicality, resilience, and uniqueness in all of my services. I know how hard it is to take the first step and would be honored to provide some relief and help on your healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment with me is collaborative and transparent. I take a curious and compassionate stance that is flexible and trauma-informed. I'm a New Yorker so I'm direct and my current Bay Area environment helps me take an intersectional approach. I remain flexible and humble to make changes throughout the course of our journey together.
