I’m Melissa Mullineaux, and I help adults just like you: ones that have it within them to be healthy and thriving again, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find peace, confidence, and happiness by equipping them with the tools they need to reduce anxiety and fear with food and body image. Many of today’s solutions for eating disorders are drawn out one-size-fits-all, leading many to feel like they’re not making any progress or dependent on their therapist. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is specifically tailored to you and always with an end goal in mind. First, we examine past and current experiences that are causing poor body image and a fear of food. Then, we work on challenging negative thoughts to create behavioral changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to feel free.
