Hi there! I have been a clinician providing individual therapy for the past ten years since starting my social work career and received my clinical social work license seven years ago. I have sought out professional trainings within the realm of trauma informed care and integrating challenging life experiences to make daily life easier to manage.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy with an internet stranger can be a vulnerable and at times uncomfortable process. I strive to create an atmosphere of non-judgement and a grounded space for clients to land if they are feeling overwhelmed. Once comfort and safety is established, we determine where to begin with processing the past, identifying present day challenges, and/or creating goals for the future. For telehealth sessions, clients need to be physically located in the state of New Jersey per licensing requirements.
