With each session, a client comes away with newfound understanding or knowledge about their current situation to help move toward their life goals and accomplishments. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University, which equips me to support clients effectively on their journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have 17 years of counseling experience and earned my masters degree in 2013. I have most of my experience in substance abuse treatment as well as depression and anxiety disorders. I love being able to provide a listening ear and give back to those who want to be heard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach therapy from a holistic standpoint and like to focus on all areas of an individual’s life. Though the focus for the session may be more centered on a specific area, which can connect to multiple areas and improve ones overall life. We can work on this together.
