Over the last 10 years, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, family and interpersonal conflict, and autism. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham. My passion is to help you tap into your inherent strengths and uncover your true potential. Helping you understand and resolve challenges in your life is my primary focus.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a person-centered approach, in that I want to ensure we are always working on the goals set by you. I provide feedback and education on skills that assist you with achieving your goals. I do have a strong focus on the work you do outside of our sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect a warm and inviting environment when we are working together. Therapy sessions should feel safe and judgement free and I guarantee to offer that.
