What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is usually a combination of humanistic and CBT.I provide an honest, empathic and down to earth approach. I want my clients to always feel comfortable and in a safe space. I believe in catering to treatment plans and interventions that are unique to the individuals needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process in working with clients is to create a safe space to help explore and experiment with new ways of thinking and behaving to help them become their most authentic self. The goals set will be unique to the clients treatment needs.
