What should a new client know about working with you?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children and adults understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you build practical skills that support lasting emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical 60-minute session begins with a brief check-in to discuss how you've been feeling and any important events since our last meeting. Together, we'll identify the goals for the session and focus on the concerns that matter most to you. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we'll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop practical coping strategies, and end with a plan for practicing these skills between sessions to support lasting progress.
