What is most important to you? What do you value most in your life? I believe identifying these things is essential to being true to ourselves and living a fulfilled life. Getting to this place is a process, but one you do not need to be alone in. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. As a professional counselor with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and a Bachelor's from Southern Connecticut State University, I utilize various therapeutic models and techniques to help my clients process their trauma, struggles, and relationships. As a family therapist, I strive to help families understand and manage the complex dynamics within their family system.
My approach is strength-based and action-oriented. I believe in the power of communication and relationships. I am trained in various therapeutic models and provide individualized treatment to all my clients. I believe the client is the expert, and I am here to guide and empower you.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and open space for you to get closer to your values and live the life you deserve. If you feel like you have tried everything and nothing has worked, I am here to give you something else to try!

I believe everyone has a multitude of strengths. Uncovering those strengths and building off of them will change your life. You are the expert on your life, I am here to guide you. I believe therapy is more than just talking but putting our words into action.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
