We’ll begin with a conversation about what’s bringing you in and what you hope to gain. I integrate evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, CAMS, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support healing and growth. Together, we’ll identify immediate needs and long-term goals. Some sessions may focus on skill-building and emotional regulation; others may explore deeper patterns or unresolved pain. I’ll always match the pace to what feels right for you.
