Hello! I'm Melissa Wiles, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have had many years experience as a professional school counselor and furthered my education and transitioned to clinical mental health counseling 4 years ago. I currently work in telehealth as a therapist. I enjoy the many stages of the therapeutic relationship from intake up until our work is done. Melissa has been great. She has been very encouraging and positive which is what I need right now. I understand that this is a process and can't expect results overnight. I have been able to make a few changes that have helped me in moments of great challenge using tools suggested by her. I definitely feel more in control of my emotions and have been able to put things into a better perspective with her help. She makes me feel understood.
