What should a new client know about working with you?

I hope that clients walk away from each session feeling as if a weight has been lifted. I hope that after each session you feel as though your worries are being left as well as worked through. I hope that you feel lighter and move through out your days with less things bringing you down. Some days you may leave session with some "challenges" or exercises that you will be encouraged to try out during the week, and when we return at next session we will trouble shoot and assess what worked and what did not. There may be some sessions that are a bit heavier these sessions may leave with you some emotional "soreness" similar to as you may feel if you did a hard work out after not having worked out in a while. On these days we will always be sure to end with one positive thought.
