In addition to my general practice, I have significant experience addressing trauma—whether it’s medical trauma, moral injury, combat-related PTSD, or other complex emotional challenges. What should a new client know about working with you?

Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that will allow us to work towards your goals. I can incorporate therapeutic techniques such as: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based empowerment. If you're needing support with processing trauma, I also have background in addressing medical trauma, moral injury, combat-related PTSD, and other complex emotional traumas. I am EMDR trained and can integrate that modality into trauma processing and talk therapy when appropriate. I believe that it takes a lot of courage to work through your emotional complexities and as your counselor, I will be there to guide and support you.
