I graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA in 2018 after being a mom and military spouse for the first half of my life. Two main passions have marked my life: sports and music. I love to sing and be a part of a band, and I also love being active outdoors, getting some "nature therapy." I am both a cat lover AND a dog lover! I have been trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I have the ability to weave different modalities together to find what works best for each individual. I can provide talk therapy as well as therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues. My life has been marked with moments of achievement, beauty, awe and wonder as well as difficulty, tragedy and grief. I have compassion for your struggles and a brain full of helpful tools for you.
