My approach I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought or behavioral patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include other evidence-based practices. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
