“I tried therapy with another therapist at another office when I lost my loved ones. I just didn't click with that therapist, didn't feel like my core issues were being addressed, and didn't think the therapist really heard what I was saying. I looked through all the profiles of available therapist and found Melody. I started my first session with a sense of caution because of my previous experience, but Melody really made me feel comfortable and feel safe to open up again. Not only is she empathetic, but she's also very patient, great at listening, asks really thoughtful questions and gently guides me to make improvements. I can tell that she has genuine care for my mental health and general well-being. Melody is great at guiding me to make self-realizations, self-reflection and self-correction. She doesn't tell me what to do, but suggests ways for me to open my mind and think differently, which I really appreciate. I already feel like I've made progress in having a healthier, positive mindset. I know I still have more work to do, but I already feel confident that I can tackle those issues because Melody set a solid groundwork for me. I would recommend Melody as a therapist without a doubt.”

I've been working with Melody for a bit over a year and I have seen a huge change in how I feel about myself and the way I view the world. Melody approached me with empathy and made me feel seen and validated. Then, she helped me understand how my childhood impacted me growing up, which allowed me to work towards unlearning certain behaviors. Because of her, I've become more confident in myself and better understand my self-worth.
