What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first few sessions, you can expect me to ask many questions to get to know you—your past, present, and hopes for the future. Therapy is an adventure inward—a journey toward the truest version of yourself. If you’re ready to start charting your own path to healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices designed to meet you exactly where you are. I'll be checking in with you along the way to ensure you feel you are receiving the care and treatment you need.

I think more so than any other health issue mental health is the most important. If the mind does not work healthy none of the rest of you will either. Was all understand that situations happen, but waiting up to the appointment day after continuous reschedules is unacceptable for a doctor’s behavior especially when a person has built up enough courage to reach out for this type of treatment.
