What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is respectful, candid, and collaborative. You are the expert on yourself - I’m here to help you feel safe, seen, and supported. Clients often describe me as warm and straightforward. My goal is that you leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more hopeful about what’s possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session will be more structured. We will go through logistics, what to expect, what brings you in and some brief safety screening questions. From then on, every session is a free-flowing conversation. I can take your lead, or if you need a little help, I can guide the conversation as well. I listen and actively participate, and together we will explore why you've been feeling stuck.
