Even if they are guarded, hesitant to change, or struggling with the commitment therapy requires, as long as they want to be there, I find fulfillment in supporting them. My approach is person-centered and holistic, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and art therapy. I create space for clients to decide what is important to them. Developing coping skills is essential to finding relief from mental health challenges while also recognizing and building on their strengths. Change can be difficult, but you do not have to face it alone. I am here to guide and encourage you to take appropriate steps toward change, providing reassurance throughout the process. Creating a safe and non-judgmental environment is vital for the therapeutic relationship and your growth toward a healthier future.
