Great booking experience!
Office staff kept recognizing my appointment booking through the app for 3 successive times and they kept canceling it until they denied my child his appointment although we got in time and checked in way before our appointment and sufficiently early to fill forms. In addition, getting someone who is security to meddle in and have to explain the situation and get to know my child’s protected PHI without being relevant. It’s totally unacceptable unprofessional and unpleasant visit. However, the doctor got to peek at us through door and was ready for child app. But office staff spoke with her and get her to return to back office. Dr Ezeh seems to be a nice doctor but with unpleasant people at office front.
