These methods can help you feel more grounded, manage tough emotions, create healthier patterns, and gently heal from past experiences, all in a space centered on your goals and what matters most to you. My focus I welcome adults of all ages, from young adulthood through the later seasons of life. If you have been struggling with depression, anxious thoughts or anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, trauma, or exploring your personal goals, I will work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
