Meredith is EMDR Certified and works often with clients with anxiety, work-life balance, panic attacks, sexual trauma, medical trauma, dissociation, relational and attachment trauma, traumatic grief, and secondary traumatic stress. Meredith is available for individual and teen counseling appointments.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Meredith uses an integrative approach that blends evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Certified), Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and movement-based and somatic interventions (DMT) to help express and release stress in the body.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, and she’s honored to walk alongside clients as they untangle old patterns and move toward a life that feels freer, lighter, and more alive. Meredith offers faith-integrated services upon request and consulting for EMDR therapists in training. Meredith is a Tricare-approved provider.
