Getting to know Meredith Levy

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to work through the problems and stressors they are currently facing. I will work with you to build a trusting therapeutic relationship, allowing us to get to the root of your symptoms. I use mindfulness, empathy, respect, and sometimes even humor to help create this alliance. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and earned my Bachelor's degree from Towson University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with clients to help get them unstuck from their current rituals that are keeping them from progressing or feeling satisfied in their lives and relationships. Not all people are the same, which is why I take the time to assess and apply interventions and techniques that best meet your needs.
