Getting to know Meredith Levy

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to be able to work on problems and stressors that they are currently facing in their lives. I will work with you to create a trusting therapeutic relationship, which will allow us to get to the route of your symptoms. I use mindfulness, empathy, respect, and sometimes even humor to help create this alliance. Whether you are looking to improve yourself, your relationships, or just be able to cope with the expected and unexpected, better, I can work with you to achieve your goals. As a Marriage and Family therapist, I am trained to help you learn how your behavior affects not only yourself, but your relationship as part of a couple and family.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with clients to help get them unstuck from their current rituals that are keeping them from progressing or feeling satisfied in their lives and relationships. I assist clients in identifying habits that are keeping them from being the best possible version of themselves. Not all individuals, couples, and families are the same, which is why I take the time to assess and apply interventions and techniques that best meet your needs.
