When my father died, I found myself in the care of a therapist whose warmth and compassion showed me what true support looked like during one of the most difficult periods of my life. That experience was transformative - it revealed not only what I needed in the moment but also what I wanted to offer to others. My goals for you I believe therapy is a partnership, and setting goals, big or small, is important for growth within therapy. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, addressing negative thoughts, or pursuing personal growth.
