I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak openly about their experiences and feel comfortable being themselves. Through a collaborative approach, I work alongside clients to identify their goals, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence in managing challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship or family concerns, major life changes, or simply feel like you need someone in your corner, I’m here to support you. I meet each client where they are and tailor my approach to their individual needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.
