When I first started looking for a therapist, I spend a lot of time reading reviews because I wanted to find someone who was the right fit for me. After reading about Merissa, I decided to give her a try, and from our first session, I knew I made the right choice. Merissa has been an amazing therapist. She truly listens without judgment , asks thoughtful questions, and isn't afraid to challenge me when I need it. She holds me accountable while also making me feel heard, understood and supported .
