My style is warm, relaxed, and person-centered, while also being direct when it supports growth and clarity. I take an eclectic approach to treatment, integrating mindfulness, DBT, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, art/music therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Choice theory. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, so I actively involve clients in shaping their goals and the direction of our work together. I work with adolescents and adults (ages 14-60) across a wide range of presenting concerns. I value authenticity, humor and real human connection as meaningful parts of the healing process. I look forward to the progress we can make together!
