My passion lies in providing a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating difficult experiences. With a Master's in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver, I approach this work with empathetic listening and a fresh perspective, offering guidance and support through the toughest of times. Life challenges us with moments of stress, anxiety, depression, loss, and fear. During these times, it can feel like we're struggling to hold everything together. I know these moments intimately, and I understand the discomfort and frustration they bring.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide an integrated approach to therapy that is tailored to specific needs and utilizes the following treatment modalities - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Synergetic Play Therapy. I am also certified in Intensive Trauma Treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Empowering you with coping skills is a cornerstone of my approach. I'm a firm believer in taking an active role in treatment, equipping you with resources, education, and techniques that can pave the way for progress. Collaboration is at the heart of our work together, as we craft a path that aligns with your unique goals and preferences.
