In addition, she is a Reiki practitioner and incorporates gentle, intuitive energy healing to help clients release tension, restore balance, and cultivate calm. Through Reiki, she encourages clients to connect with their inner energy, promoting relaxation, emotional clarity, and overall harmony. She also helps clients identify patterns, understand their emotional responses, and develop practical coping skills that foster long term growth and resilience. Compassionate and steady, Meta is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner strength and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
