My work is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, and I approach therapy with both clinical skill and deep compassion. As a BIPOC woman, I understand how layered identities, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR-informed techniques, while honoring the whole person (mind, body, culture, and story). My goal is to create a space where you don't have to perform or have it all figured out, you can simply be.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
