Mia leads with warmth, compassion and safety in her approach to therapy. Mia provides a comforting environment where clients and families can share and feel safe and supported in therapy. She is trained in EMDR trained with a SAFE approach for those who are highly sensitive or have experienced trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Mia is fully committed to supporting you and being there for you. Mia helps parents better understand what is happening with their child and provides psycoeducation as well as parenting coaching and family sessions to help them meet their child where they are at. She will to do what it takes to make sure you are getting the appropriate support & care.
