Psychotherapist
CO
I'm a Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping clients with a variety of mental health and life challenges. However, I've shifted my focus to providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) after my own struggles with falling and staying asleep. The American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) both recommend CBT-I as the initial treatment for chronic insomnia in adults. Despite CBT-I being the recommended first choice for treating chronic insomnia, many people spend years dealing with frustrating, poor-quality sleep before they discover it. If you are struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or experiencing poor quality sleep, CBT-I has the potential to help you reclaim your sleep - often with less effort than you've most likely already been putting in. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to help you become a good sleeper again.
