My typical process for working with clients is collaborative, client-centered, and paced according to each person’s needs and goals. I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build on their existing strengths. Together, we identify challenges, clarify priorities, and develop practical strategies that support growth, confidence, and long-term well-being
