I love people, and I love helping them through struggles. I listen with a non-judgmental, caring heart, knowing we have all faced challenges in different ways. I would be honored to help guide you to the first and/or next steps in your healing journey. I specialize in trauma therapy, depression, addictions and compulsions, anxiety, parenting, and Christian counseling. I began my counseling career by volunteering on a teen suicide hotline about 30 years ago and have been fully licensed as a professional counselor for over 17 years. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
